Regarding the very rare and coveted Phosphophyllite...

"Mesmerizing Mineral"...

"Rarer than almost anything else"...

"One of the most rare and beautiful species in the entire mineral world"...

"Highly sought after"...

"Matrix specimens of Phosphophyllite is a great rarity and should be treasured not only for its wonderful scarcity and beauty, but sheer value, (which seems to have increased exponentially in recent years)"...

"We infrequently see the mineral attached to the rock even by the advanced collector!"...

"Holy Grail" of mineral species for collectors!...

Well, I think that says it all! I finally did get to understanding it all myself -- both figuratively and literarily speaking. Finally, in my many years of collecting, I have managed to procure several of these wonderful specimens.

I am both happy and proud to offer the very fine specimens listed below. In the near future, I will be listing other Phosphophyllite's on matrix, as well as a variety of single, crystals. Enjoy looking!

This sharp and unique large toenail specimen radiates the beautiful "sea foam" color synonymous with the better finds of this rare species. Being very sharp and clear, the matrix is actually visible throughout parts of the crystal. The lustrous and gemmy crystal also exhibits several nice, intact facets, and complete terminations! Beautifully situated on a matrix with crystallized Pyrite. At last, here is your chance to own the "HOLY GRAIL" of the mineral kingdom!

PLEASE NOTE: All of the photographs are not to scale. Some are enlarged to give you an accurate and an in depth view of all the details for you to see. Please always refer to specimen size in all my listings for the actual size, as this is what the final price is based on. Although picture colors can vary slightly from browsers to computers, I go to great lengths in photographing all mineral specimens with complete color accuracy, without any retouching whatsoever! My photo studio lighting consists of 4800K fluorescent lighting, which simulates the wavelengths of daylight. In some cases for a different effect I have utilized regular incandescent lighting to provide a different effect. If a specimen has knowingly been repaired, I will always disclose this information to you.
